Default Engine tick on decel

I have read a few posts on this engine tick noise coming from it seam like the back of the motor. I have it and its driving me nuts. I have talked to the dealer 2 times and the first time they said bring it back and drop it off for a day and we will check into it. So i bring it back and I drove the lead mech around and he thinks its normal. I am a aircraft mechanic and I know normal noises and this is not normal. I hear it mostly in tow/haul and it seams to be loader when I pull my horse trailer. I only hear it when I decelerate. I think its just more audable when the motor is "loaded up" in tow haul when the trans doesnt downshift to help brake. I have never got a cel light. It sounds to me like a lifter knock but I am pretty sure its not. My best guess would be a injector or something fuel related. I think someone else here had the same and it turned out to be an injector but with a cel light.

Anyway, if anyone has any info or has had this I would apreciate it.
If I wanted to talk direct to someone at Cummins would anyone know how to contact them??
Thanks in advance!!

My next day at work is wednesday I could get you one then. I have heard some where that you should try pullin a hill real hard a couple of times, helps quiet injectors down some times.
