You need to resize your picture files. This link is an easy way to get it done. The instructions are right there when you hit the link. The site will find whatever picture file you specify, then resize the file as much as you want. It doesn't take long, but it can only do one picture at a time.

By the way, what happened to the RAM 3500 with very low miles on it, did you ever get the dealer to give you the price? Did you go take a look at it?
Ralph
I assume you mean the black 99 with the plow...it was already sold by the time I called the dealer. All of their prices were about $4000 above kbb retail for the trucks they were listing, although they did give limited (very limited) warrantees on the used trucks they sold.
With more searching I found this gem:

Hopefully, the next post I start will pics of it in my driveway....A lot of good advice came from you, Ralph, and I really appreciate it. I'll let you know how it goes.

But since the cat's out of the bag, I will say thanks to you too. Your perspective, and humor, came in very handy. I was hoping to keep my previous promise that the next post I made would be pictures of the truck in my driveway, but I guess I couldn't keep my mouth shut. Just don't tell my wife. She knows I've been researching diesel trucks, but has no idea that I got one. It's going to be delivered to my office on Monday afternoon, so I'll be driving to work in the morning just like usual in my trusty old 126,000-mile Tacoma, and will come home in the shiny almost-new CTD dualie. I can't wait to see the look on her face.
(Don't worry, I'm not getting rid of my old friend. That yota has been the best and most loyal truck I've ever had, and it has at least another 100,000 miles to go. I'm just waiting for the bed to rot out so I can build a pressure-treated lumber flatbed on it. Then I will be a true Mainer.)
It has 28,400 miles. And they are delivering it from Newcastle to Bridgton for free (or, at least for no extra charge), which is about a 2 hour drive each way. Right truck, right deal, right time.
I am pumped.
