I am looking at a 98 cummins its a 1 ton standard, it has 459 941 kms on it, How many kms do theses motors usally last? And on 1 tons is limited slip standard?

Depends on how it was treated also is it a 12v or 24v the 98's had both. I would say the engine is probably good for another 50,000 miles. If its an auto, it definitly is time to rebuild it unless it has already been done. And my 1ton has limited slip

 

dont know if its 12 or 24 valve going look at it on wednesday, its a standard tho not auto

 

300~500k miles depending on how they are used & maintained.

when you look @ it check to see if it's a 53 block or not and do some research on the subject before you look at it. the 53 blocks have a cracking issue and you should know all about it before you look.
