What is a miller connector tool .The jake brake install instructions say i need it and dont have a clue what it is??

Is this the same instructions you are looking at? Since it says a small flat screwdriver can subsitute I'm guessing the miller connector tool is for removing pins in a connector. Usually special tools make it easy, but all the really has to be done is push down the right tang inside the connector and the pin or socket can be pulled out.

 

sounds like a small flat blade screwdriver will work... read part of the instructions and under tools needed, in quotes it indicates a flat blade would work...

 

By the posts above i am guessing that it can be replaced by a small flat bladed screwdriver

You'll probably have to grind the srewdriver down to make it real small if it is the tool I'm thinking of. Can't find a pic of it on the internet[:@]

 

Iwould but the jakobs website has a pdf with a-z instructions with step by step pics ,Its basicly the instal guide in pdf form ,and my camera is on its way back from europe in a box,Hopefully it will be here soon so i can take pics,i will post some pics of it when i get the camera.
