Well as the subjuect says, I dropped the 'ol girl off this morning for some work. Getting a lift from a local shop here that makes their own lift. 5" on the front and 3" on the rear. It includes new shocks and is built pretty stout. Also had the shop order me up a set of Toyo Open Country M/T's 35x12.5 wrapped around some Incubus Poltergiest chrome 20x9 wheels. Should be ready in about an hour or so. Waiting for the phone call telling me I can come and pick the 'ol girl up is the hardest part. Anyway once I get a chance I'll take some photos and try to post them up.

3" lift overall. the front did get 5" to level it out to the back.
