If you have, or are getting a diesel, it should already have everything that would be included in a ppp.


My 95' came that way.

 

It depends if you are going to plow. If you don't have the package and get a plow, supposedly it will void the truck's warrenty.

 

I think that applies to gas engines only. Any diesel you buy would already have what's required for a plow package. I could be wrong. Usually it's a high output ALT. Diesel already has that PLUS the bonus of two batteries. The suspension can't get any beefier, and the auto trannys will come with the aux cooler standard.


I don't know what else would be needed? But hey, mines a 95'. I'm old school ....lol.

My 06 sticker stated "not equipped for plow", and stated see Dealer for the package. I know that may not help much, but that is what mt sticker states.
