Hey guys, I'm looking for a device that can raise the speed in this 2006 RAM 2500, but I'm not sure, besides the power gain, if this module will raise the tach to achive more speed.

This RAM won't go over 170 KM/h or so.

Also, I see it got 6 postions, but for example,t he first one, it's just the normal map or conditions of the engine or it's a more economical map for the PCM from the OEM map to save even more diesel?.

It's a 5.9L 24 valve with auto trans.

You may want to email them to be sure. Also, be sure your Tires are rated for the top speed you are looking to achieve.

 

I'd stay away from Banks electronics. they rely too much on pressure which will kill your injectors. if your looking raise the speed limiter I'm unsure exactly which module will do that, superchips, smarty, or bully dog may.

 

Thanks guys, I will check deeper on those brands. I wills tay away from banks then..I really don't care for much more power from what it odes the RAM already, just looking to get more top speed.[&:]
