Default 12valve question

A co worker just bought a 95 ram that he needs to get emissions tested. It has a fueling plate and the pump has been tampered with. Anybody know how to adjust it back to stock??? I have never messed with the pump on these other than changing it out.

You might try a little bio - diesel in the tank to help things out. It is supposed to lower emissions.

we're gonna try it basically putting the pump back to stock, if it fails then we'll see about bio, ect since retesting is free.
