Default Sub Zero Temps / Running in the cold

I was wondering if any of you run in minus zero weather? It was - 40 F today and the rig was freezing inside. I have a cold weather fronton but the hole beneath the bumperisn't blocked off. Iwas wondering if it would make any difference to block off that portion or even changing out the thermostat? I had to put on my cold weather gear just to be comfortable during my trip. Thanks in advance on this, Vern

I wouldnt do that, you still need to have some air movement over the intercooler and the radiator.

just plug her up and you'll be good to go
