How many miles on the odometer when you bought it brand new
Mine had 50 miles on it. I have 11,875 on it now and I've had no problems at all. But then it was build on a Wednesday so it should last for a day or two
My 2007 had 7 miles on it Purchesed it as it was rolling of the delivery truck. Was going to get a white one with 43 on it then saw this one.
My 06 had 24 miles. Remember people still do test drives before they buy a vehicle, if the truck was on the lot for a few months it's not unreasonable to have a few miles on it.

Are you really gonna complain about an extra 30 or 40 miles on a vehicle that will, if cared for, last for 250,000 or more????? If you had $250,000, would you give 20 bucks to a homeless guy on the street? Sure you would, 'cause you'll never miss it. Just like you won't notice the truck had 40 miles on it after you've driven it even 200 miles. Lighten up!!!
Critter,
No it's not the milage that would bug me and if I were buying off the lot it wouldn't concern me in the least if it had miles on it. It's the principle that the I had the dealer order a truck specifically for me and was letting who knows who take it out joyriding. I say joyriding, not test driving, because basically that's what it would be since the truck wouldn't actually be available for sale.
I guess it's not really about the milage to me, it's that I wait for 6 weeks for the truck to come in and have some idiot risk wrecking it before I get there.
But that's just me. Your milage may vary.

I guess the only thing that could be worse would be when it was being unloaded off the transfer truck it fellover the sideright infront of you
My 06' has 25 miles on it when I bought in September. I figure that's pretty low considering the truck could have been on the lot for close to a year. You take a truck out for a test drive, it's easy to put 10-15 miles on it. With all that said, was your question directed towards ordering a truck or buying off the lot?
