Default P1693 code on cummins

Reading threads and looking around i keep seeing that the p1693 code is related to Turbo Charge Control Circuit Malfunction. On a 2001 there isn't any electronic controls for the turbo, wastegate or other related components (not that i see or know of). Vehicle will not go over 30 km/hr and tachs out about 1800RPM. Still trying to figure out real issue. any added advice would be great help right now!

Cool What happened to P0299?

I was at a FIAT dealer having diagnostics ran where the code P0299 was active but not stored. About a year ago this code would store causing my engine light to come on. Now I notice in the list this code has been completely removed...? Is this part of the 'software upgrade' in an attempt to not have the engine light come on when the Turbo Underboost code activates? Seems kind of shady that it was there a year ago and now does not even exist?

I have a 2004 dodge ram 2500 5.9 diesel p2509 means power down data lost error, lose batt. cable mostly the ground sets this code off a lot of the time, or a bad batt.

Default Error code help needed

I have been getting this GASCAP code on my 2012 Ram 1500. Got that solved but decided to check the c codes as well. When the odometer cycled through these codes I got the following:

I1220.1 C103.2 L101.1 cf.9

On every DTC list I have checked I cannot find any reference to I or L codes and cannot find the corresponding C and c codes.

I don't think they are pertinent but I am curious. Any help would be awesome.
