If you have read a few of my posts ive stated that im a VW tech at a VWdealership in the chicagoland area... and have posted my insite on the ways of a dealership... well the owner of my vw dealer also owns a dodge chrysler jeep and gm dealer in iowa.. so he brings up all those brands to sell at the vw dealer since theres more buying going on here in chitown then in podunk iowa.. well his newest buisness venture is to try and service all those modles he sells here and do warrenty work on them...so they wanted a a gm and chrysler product techs here at least 1 dodge chrysler jeep and 1 gm... well i was called into the owners office this past sat []... kinda of a scary deal... but come to find out he says youve been recomended for our new position... the service manager says your one of if not the best techin the shop. and you have a large collection of chrysler products... and im like yes sir i do... would you like to cross train in Dodge chrysler jeep? youd work on VW as well as the dodge chrysler jeep...
so im being chrysler trained and i made one of the conditions that id have to be sent to heavy duty truck/cummins classes... as with that i also get full access to all dodge tsbs updates repair info recalls and all that jazz so i will do my best to relate as much inside info on the CTD's and any repair info on my truck.... any questions lemme know...
