Hi all, fist a littl about me my name is Kevin I work at Diamler Chrysler ITP (Indiana Transmission Plant) in Kokomo Indiana in the Test Garage, Prior to that I spent 6 years as a Mechanic at a Chrysler dealership. ANYWAY! I just picked up my first diesel Dodge a 1995 4x4 with a manual trans and 261,000 miles on it. I got it home and found the wire for the fuel shut off jumped bypassing a big relay on the driver side of the engine. where can I find the schematics to find out what needs fixed so I dont have have it bypassed.

I only see 2003-2006 I need 1995 any other links? or did I miss something?

 

You gettin any DTCs? And can you be a little more specific as to what you are looking for exactly?

Okay the check engine light is not on I just found this wire going from a large relay to the fuel shut off solinoid that shouldnt be there when I remove it the truck will not start. I wanted to see why the truck will not start normaly but I dont know how the system is wired.

 

Here are a few pics from a 95 manual. You'll have to be more specific as to what exactly you want. I am not sure what you are looking for.

Okay in the last picture you posted the fuel solenoind relay wire is jummped to the wire on the fuel shut off solenoid itself efectively bypassing the relay.

I would like to see a schematic of that circit.
