What year of vehicle?? Has your vehicle been running? WTS won't come on above a certain temp, trans must be at a certain temp or higher to come on and water in fuel shouldn't unless there's water in the fuel.....someone will correct me if I'm wrong....

they are supposed to come on for a second as part of the initial dash test.

unless all the bulbs are blown, which is plausable, I would check the wireing harness and make sure it is still ok and not rubbing or giving you a hot ground.

If you want to check them, hold down the tripometer reset button while turning the igintion on (dont start the truck). This makes an 06+ RAM going into a gauge diagnostic check. If the lights dont light up duing the check, you have a problem. I would take it back to the dealer anyway since it is under warrenty.

BTW, my 06's water in fuel and trans temp warn does not come on either with normal starts (but they are working when I try the diag step above). I do get the wait to start (the curly little icon) when temps are below 40.
