Ouch!!![:@]
I would hire a lawyer and the window tint business would end up mine or bankrupt one or the other. Or at least I'd do everything in my power legally to make life miserable for these schmucks. Easy for me to say it's not my money but I feel like on the principle I'd do as much as I could no matter the costs. I hate it for you man. It reminds me of the time someone smashed the window out of another truck I had and stole all my CD's. You're an honest person, you bust your rear end, try to have something nice, and this kind of thing happens! Really frosts me to think about my dilemma which wasn't near as bad and when I hear of things like this [:@]

If it happened to me they would have to buy my truck, as I don't own a truck that has been wrecked or repaired. The main reason I don't own or keep one is that the value goes way down when you go to sell and or trade it off as you have to list that it has had repair work done to it. Of course some states you don't have to report anything if the damage is under $5,000.00 and in other states it a lot lower like $1,000.00 and it sounds like it may take a good 5,000 to fix it the right way. If they do fix it make sure you get paid for the value loss youincur once it has been repaired. Good Luck, now go raise HELL [sm=badbadbad.gif] [sm=icon_flaming.gif] [sm=shootshoot.gif]
