the days of sitting in front of a computer for long stretches appear to be over. Got a layoff notice last friday from work.... 4 years and 357 days at that place... man am I glad it's over!!! THANK YOU!!! <for laying me off> Now I get to collect unemployment benifits for the 1st time ever while I work on my real estate/loan business... no more working for the man!

So if anyone is wondering where steve is... you will know. working for himself now. I'd expect I'll be pretty busy over the next few weeks so time on DF will be limited...

I feel for oyu brotha I quit my job 3 weeks ago over ethics and unfortunately the home building has slowed way down.
