i want one but genos is a little expensive. is there anywhere i can get one cheaper? i was gunna just buy a section of 3.5 inch straight pipe but then i would need the ends flared and the tail pipe would be closer to the body and i dont want that. id rather just buy one prebent and pre flared and slap it in with a couple clamps.

...anyone have one they wanna sell?

Go to all your local muffler shop and see if they have a scrap piece laying around left over from a job. That is what I did and got a 5' - 4" pipe for 5 bucks.

 

humm...thats a good idea...see if they'll bend/install it also
my buddy got a full dual exhaust for like $500 on a gasser 89 chevy....so it cant be thatt expensive to put a little bend in a 4'X3.5" piece of pipe and flair both ends and slap it in....ill look into it....but im still accepting offers

 

I wouldnt waste the money to get it bent. I would just see if they can flare it for you or you could always get a 3.5" to 3.5" coupler and say forget the flares.

 

god ram it ....u know of anywhere i can get a piece of pipe and some couplers online? you also have any idea on how to make the tailpipe not sit closer to the body??
