Engine miss

Default Engine miss

This happen the other day truck had sat for a day without use, Temp in mid 40 degree, turn key wait to start light on and than went off, engine started but sound like it was running on 5-4 pistons, stop engine and restart same thing, this last about 3-4 minutes than clear up no problem since than.

No problem since then? Are you saying it never happen again? I know my truck runs rough when it is cold. That is until it warms up,After the grid heater kicks on and off a few times it is ok. May be just that she was cold. If it happens when it is warm out I would be concerned a little. Keep us up to date and let us know if it happens again. But no worries,,,,,,,,,

this will happen from time to time. . .when the temps go below the 20's the engine normaly only fires 3 cylinders to slowly bring the temp up. when it does this it sounds and feels like the engine is going to fly apart.

all normal.
