In all honesty who keeps towing with a truck that is overheating??

Then again, who knows. If anyone really looked at all the issues I had with my truck, they would probably say that I was sabotaging it too.
But it's runnin' like a friggin champ now!
I never laughed so hard. I love it when he says that his "superior" product can catch the "old Dodge" on the next downgrade.
But, this guy obviously doesn't know how to tow.
#1 he's got the u-haul on the trailer backwards. There is more drag on the big flat back end of the uhaul than what is on an 18 wheeler. He is literally pulling an open parachute behind him.
#2 He's just about got the load falling off the back of the trailer. I'm surprised he did not have problems with the trailer fish-tailing. Of course if it did fish tail, he'd probably sue the trailer manufacturer too.

That Dodge is pulling close to 10k lbs if not more. The lightest cougar that keystone makes is 6k pounds. The jeep has gotta weigh at least 3k. There is no telling how much gear the Dodge is towing either.

He's at redline because he's holding the go pedal to the floor. NOT the way to tow. At one point I could hear the thing shifting up and down alot (reason I like manual trans). The trailer is set up wrong, he should be in the right lane since he isn't passing anyone. I think he was trying to make a point there
. I guess the GM's have a known overheat issue, like we have the lift pump issue.
I test drove a GMC before I bought this truck, I spoke to the service manager and asked him if there were any know issues. He said none! I guess he is the sales manager now [:'(]. I'm glad I got the Dodge.

Chevy driver alright, slow in the left lane and not moving out of it

What a dick ....
Yea well the moron probably fried his engine and tranny after that stunt. watch a few months later he will be suing gm because his tranny went up since he overheated the tranny and killed the life of the tranny fluid
what a jackass. . .I love the belch he does around 12:25. . .priceless. . .
anyway, I was thinking the same thing. . .why in the hell does he have that u-haul faceing backwards. . .anyone that tows knows about wind resistance and the lower the wind resistance the better things will be. . .the air on the dodge was rideing up the truck, then up the trailer, the over the jeep. . .he has a nice bubble working in his advantage, the chevy a$$clown was just that, pulling an open parachute behind him. . .things may have been a bit different if he had the brains to spin that truck around.
one more strike against the chevy guy. . .the heads on that duramax are aluminum. . .once overheated the engine is trashed, especialy holding it to the floor that long and running those rpm's.

I would have LOVED to see him capture on his little video the guy driving the Dodge giving him the finger. THAT wouldda been priceless !!

When the lift pump went out on my "Old Dodge" and it was in the shop being replaced, I had to ride with a buddy of mine. He towed a 3 horse bumper pull in his 2004 DM 3500 and the tranny shifted about 20 times a minute. Up and down, up and down, up and down. The trailer and two horses probably did not weigh 5000 pounds.
