Default RE: 06 g56 flywheel

Well after a horribley late night I was able to get in touch with Southbend Clutch. Turns out on the 05.5 and up trucks there is a plate on the pass side of the block that when removed it exposes 8 bolts that hold the dual mass flywheel to a plate that is bolted to the crank. This plate is on the front side of the mounting flange for the bell housing on the pass. side of the engine. I contacted all my local dealers, parts distributers, websites and so on. No one was able to help me. Any of you that own one of these models of truck with the cast aluminum g56 trans should save this info, trust me.
