Before it gets moved! Anyone belong to any gun forums on the web that are good? I've posted some questions on some, but still no response. The guys and gals here seem to be the best advice out there.

Thanks.

I remember a bunch of folks talking about guns at one time, I just can remember where it was. I think it was either the Mug shot thread or the Roll Call thread that's tacked to the top of this forum.

Good luck in finding it....

Ha, I belong to that forum as well. I have the xd45 service model in black and the xd40 subcompact in stainless. I have my conceal carry permit and carry the 40 most of the time.

My little 9mm Taurus usually stays with me, it's just a lot easier to conceal than my XD's, even the sub comp.

Not nearly as accurate as the XD is, but at pistol range it'll do just fine.

I've had my CCW for.........hell.........coming up on 10 years now.

You need to get it in AL. With a military ID, it takes a grand total of $20 and 3 days.

By contrast, my NY permit cost me $120........JUST TO APPLY. Then another $80 when I got it..............9 months later!
