I just put a motor in my 05 from another 05, it was a manual trans and mine is auto. Trans worked ok before swap. Now I'm getting a 1749 code and harsh 1-2 shifts. Anyone got any ideas, any will be appreciated, thanks, greg. It's all stock.

All you did was change the engine? You did not change the trans?
