yes they did, the tsb if you want to get a copy of it is 14-700-06. they updated the filter in sept of 06 to a 7micron filter.
the part number is 68001914AA for 06 and 07 5.9L, 6.7L is 5183410AA. if anybody is interested the fleetguard numbers are
fs19800 for the 5.9 and fs4325200 for the 6.7. if you have any trouble getting a copy of the tsb let me know i will send u one.
