Rev,
approximately where on the firewall. I find your comment interesting since I've had a couple other odd electrical gremlins that tend to come and go. be worth me checking out while I'm at it.

Thanks

Ok, I finally got a chance to check the voltages and this seems a little odd to me. I show 11.5v with or without the switch pressed.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I would have expected no voltage until the switch was pressed and then to see around 12v come across when activated.

Anyone have insight?

I have a 06 durango with the 5.7 with the same problem. I tested the harness and I get no volts at all. Been looking for the fuse and no one has a clue.
