I am looking for a source for a good stainless turn down exhust tip that will slide over the 4" exhuast all the way to the start of the turn down.

Have you tried www.genosgarage.com? sometimes they have them.

genos has one for 48 bucks.

But that one will only slide over the 4" about 2-1/2"
I really didn't want to cut the stock pipe off.
What I am looking for is one that slide over the 4" at least 8" prefably more.

You might have to go to an exhaust shop and see if they can make one. I have never seen one that long

Have you tried an OTR truck dealer, like kenworth, peterbilt, freightliner, ect.
