Valve adjust:
[blockquote]
Pull valve cover, breather tube, and breather filter element off (use a screwdriver or ratchet to stuff into hole and twist counterclockwise, be careful not to break filter housing). You'll need a flashlight and mirror to see the no 1tdc mark on the nut behind the breather element. Turn engine over to no 1tdc. adjust rockers 1,2,3,6,7,10. Turn engine 360. Adjust rockers 4,5,8,9,11,12. Rockers are numbered front to back. Valve lash specs are on engine data plate. Put it all back together and your good for another 100,000 miles.
[/blockquote]
If your changing the vp44 at the same time, That nut behind the breather holds the pump gear on. You'll want to pull the fan and shroud to get better access to it.
