I keep my Smarty on SW3 and have only seen 28 psi but I have read where people are getting 30+ psi out of the stock charger. I still have the factory intake and Mopar filter (saving for AFE). Is this the reason for relatively low boost? I also have heard that the 305hp motors are wastegated at 26 psi, but like I said, I've seen 28 and heard above 30. I assume they have made no mods to the wastegate.

 

you need to get a boost elbow for your turbo. 04.5's and up turbo's use electronicaly controlled wastegates, your 03 is still pneumatic.
