Default 2001 Dodge 2500 24v right blinker problem

I'm having a blinker problem and I have tried everything I can find on google. Figure I would try this and see what people think. When I turn my right turn signal on, or hazards, the right side just doesn't flash at the bulbs. The turn signal indicator in the dash shows that it works. The bulbs are fine, and the grounds are good. Please help !

Is the indicator in the dash blinking? If not, just replace the flasher unit in the fuse block on the side of the dash.

Gonna have to look at some wiring diagrams for how those actually work........ Got a service manual?
