Off topic, sort of, dodge needs and SRT8 or SRT10 DAKOTA!
also, the truck is lower than the full size class so it may not get a chance to have a V-10 or Hemi, but also, 5.9L with 295HP is a waste
the only reason that ive heard why dodge never put the hemi in the newer dakotas was because of frame spacing, because the hemis are bigger than previous v8's.
i havent done the measurements personally, but i do know this, the engine compartments on the new dakotas are awful tight..
ive toyed around with the idea of putting a hemi in my 92 before i thought of my cummins project. hehe...

You've heard right that there is going to be a 4.7 V8, but there is also the 5.9L
Not all companies keep feeding Hp to their engines, during some years they lower it and keep it the same.
