When I bought my 05, it ran very warm in traffic conditions 220-230. The problem I had was the fan module was not working correctly. My water temp runs no hotter than 205-210, oil temp never gets above 200-205. When in doubt, take her in.

 

I JUST GET MY SRT 10 LAST FRIDAY IT HAS 68 MILES AND IT RUNS 200 FOR OIL TEMP AND ABOUT 200*205 FOR WATER TEMP.

 

All the V10s are set to run hotter than most are use to. Even my Viper coolant runs around 200+/-. Like most I also do not like it. I am not going to modify my Viper, but my SRT10 Ram will get a low stat and flash this winter when it is in hibernation. Anyone have a programmer near Toledo, OH?
