Default Magna-flow and Calvert Problems

I just received part of my order from Premier Truck Accessories. The K&N Airraid element went in with no trouble, as expected. Things went down hill fast from there. The Calvert Traction bars were not going to go on due to the wrong U-bolts included for the 2006 QC SRT-10. The 06 QC's have the axle under the leaf spring, and the Calvert bracket needs a rectangular U-bolt to go over the leaf spring, not the U-shaped U-bolt sent in the kit. If you order these traction bars, make sure you specify you need the rectangular U-bolts if you have the '06 QC (unless you flipped the axles, in which case the SC kit will work fine). The Magna-flow cat-back was even worse. After removing the stock muffler and tailpipe assembly, I trial fitted the new Magna-flow muffler. The hangars on their muffler were pointing the wrong way for the 2006 QC (toward the front of the truck, AND they were at LEAST 6 inches too far forward to line up with the OEM frame-mounted hangars. PTS knew nothing about it and I had to go through the tech guys at Magna-flow (thanks Mike and Rich!) to figure that that there had been a production change in the '06 QC's that they must not have known about. Anyway, until Magna-flow figures out the fix when they can get a new '06 QC in their shop, I'm stuck with the OEM pipes. I am including some pics of the misalignment:

Man that sucks. Nothing like getting everything apart and finding out that the parts don't fit. I had a local muffler shop weld in a cat back system on my old hemi and I wasn't that pleased with it. Your going about it the right way though. I also did a rear flip on that truck from DJM along with lower control arms. This was a BIG MISTAKE unless you like your truck to bottom out and loose steering. Hang in there.
