1. You need a gallery
2. You need at least 5 posts in the prior month and 5 posts in the current month, but more is better. You need to be a little bit known. FOr example if you only have 5 this month, and three of them are the above posts, not many will consider you for a nomination.
3. Around the 10th of the month members nominate cars and trucks, if nomicated you have to accept and then the voting goes until the end of the month.
