Terrible Ride
I've always had bad experiences with dealerships, my local Dodge dealership beingone of the worst.I went there the other day to have a key made and to purchase another keyless entry device for my RAM SRT-10($156.00). Of course, they made me wait 3 hours on a Tuesday morning to get this done, I was literally the first person in the door when they opened. Finally, when they were "finished",my original keyless entry didn't work...They forgot to reprogram myoriginal keyless entry device along with the new one(duuuh!). Thierrookie mistake allowed me to wait another 45 minutes while they"rushed" tofix it.Almost 4 hours for a15 minute job. I will avoid this Dealership at all costs...literally[>:]Is this a dealership bashing thread?..oops

Well I bought my SRT at Carmax and they paid for the extra set from Dodge, otherwise, I definitely would have looked for the better deal elsewhere
Didn't know I could program it myself...Thanks for the Heads up!

i totally agree with94rt10ohio, because another day i was thinking to get a tires for my '04 RCram srt10and he warned me about that pirrell tires always vibration, then one day i actually feel vibration from tires but the steering wheel are not shaking at all. I am not going get pirrell tires at all, bfgoodrich are good for ram srt10, in fact im going get myself 4 new bfgoodrich gforce tires
