i hd a recent post about my van not starting, i have a 95 ram 1500 van, i took it to a garage, they replaced the dist cap and roder, an elec pickup and crank server, im still having the same problem, when it rains outside or is cold in the am it wil not start. it turns but will not fire up. does anybody have any clue what could be causing this, i also noticed yesterday when it was raining out, that every time i tried to start it, the windshield wipers wouldnot shut off.

 

Sounds like weak spark, pull the coil and bring it down for testing.
The wipers problems sounds like water is getting into your wiper motor or it's connectorand shorting out a pair of contacts.
