318 to 360?
No is the correct answer, BUT you can make a stroker engine from the 318 to become a 349 engine. http://www.rpmmachine.com/318-349-ch...-stroker.shtml
Some have even made the 318 into a 402 stroker engine http://www.ls7lsx.com/showthread.php?p=56
There are some general complete perfomance kits or you can do the pencil sharpening and calculations and go it alone by building your own stroker. However, it would be safer for those to do a stroker via a Mopar kit.
OR how about a fully assembled 349 stroker from a 318 block? http://www.crateengine.net/318349.html
Depending on the engine year, a 318 can be made easily into a 390 stroker engine with a 4" crank and .030 overbore.

Depending on the engine year and the amount of money you want to toss at the upgraded 318, there are plenty of possibilities.

I just found some useful info on the web dealing with the stroker 318...
"if your staying with fuel injection your only intake options are the M1(single plane) or mod your stock intake( probably the better choice for wheelin) all other intakes are for carbs, unless you want to get them machined.i wouldnt do the cam till you stroke it. plan your entire build out in advance, then stick with the plan. once you have all your parts written down on paper, call comp cams tech line, theyll ask you a bunch of questions and reccomend a custom grind( $329, actually cheaper then their off the shelf cams for these engines)stay away from scat cranks, very hard to balance, go with eagle. and also avoid keith black pistons, get a good forged piston. i got eagle crank and rods, ross racing pistons, with rings and bearings for 1149. but the ross pistons are really light and tough to balance. deals are out there you just have to look.look at the fastman for your throttle body, hughes engines for your intake and B&G for your pcm flash.go on ebay and do a search for 408 stroker, the kit i bought is on there, seller is gofaststuff or something like that just call the phone number, guy is real helpful once you get ahold of him, im sure he can get you the 396 kit for your 318, had the parts on my doorstep in 3 days.just do alot of research. pick up a book called how to build big inch mopar smallblocks, its blue in color, very informative." -bigkuntry72

It's hard to say. I only reposted some of the information I found on the internet. If you bounce over to the engine forums on the site, maybe a few good motor heads can give you better information on what to do.
