1980 B200 wheel fit question
Hello All,
I am trying to find some used 15" wheels (5 lug) for my van and I am wondering if any other manufacturer's wheels will fit. Someone told me Ford wheels will fit this ride. Any input is appreciated.

Once when In Baja, I had to buy another 15" 5 lugrim for my spare('89b250). It was a ford rim and the bolt holes lined up. When I needed the spare tire, and put it on the rear axle and tightened it fully, the brake drumrattled. There was an indentation on theinside of the Ford rim by the bolt holes,It never sat right. Ipussyfooted over the washboardtill the next tiny town and managed to find a Dodge rim.
This just re enforced my dislike of Ford.

There are two different sized rims for the 5 bolt pattern used on Dodges. 5 on 4.5" and 5 on 5.5" centers. If you have the smaller you may be able to use rims off of a jeep. The ford rims do have the smaller hub hole and 4.5" pattern. The rears wont hold the drums on. They wont even fit on the fronts at all.
the smaller are gennerally only on the half ton trucks though. You can use any rim off of a dodge pickup of the correct size.
