How do I tighten the drive belt on my 1998 Dodge Ram Van B1500?

i have a 99 van 3500.
mine has a serpentine belt on it. one belt to drive all accessories.
if yours is the same, it has a belt tensioner on it.
mine is located down on the passenger side.
if your belt is loose the tensioner is probably frozen and not applying the proper tension and the belt is stretched.
the tensioner would automatically make up for the stretch.
take the tensioner off and try to free it up with PB Blaster.
otherwise, you will have to replace it.
