Thought i would post this.
everything new up front.
started pulling to right and got progressively worse.
stopped by friend's shop and found left front brake not releasing. it would take a moment to release.
found the clamp that holds the hose to upper control was rusting and shutting off the flow of fluid.
pried the clamp open and the brakes work fine.

What is your year and model van? Where was (or, is) the rusty hose clamp located exactly? I have a similar issue on my 93 B150 that I've been trying to track down for over a year.

mine is a 99 3500 series.
as the rubber hose comes from the frame, there is a clamp that fastens the hose to the upper control arms. then the hose goes to the caliper.
if your's doesn't have this maybe try changing the hoses as previously suggested.
