i have a 94 ram b250 van 3.9 v6, i am replacing the fuel rail and after installing i now have fuel spraying at the top of the injector where it goes into the fuel rail. i bought new o rings for all of the injectors and i am stumped. all of the injectors seem to be seated in the fuel rail and i have installed all of the clips on the injectors. any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
I lightly coat the o-rings with either Vaseline or WD-40 before installing them. This allows them to slide in easy and prevents them from getting distorted or scored.
Alloro, have you tried the Parker O-Ring Lube? I don't have any right now but it worked with almost every kind of fluid and o-ring material. With it I never had to replace a nicked o-ring from a part I assembled. Always worked the first time.
