No bus = a bad PCM. A friend ordered one for me for $400 and I have not had a problem since! I believe the pins on the PCM circuit board become loose over time from poor design and over heating and are not accessible to be re soldered so just replace PCM. I also believe who ever designed the 2002 dodge ram van 1500 should get a smack to the head for the many many design flaws!!!
