i own a 1998 1500 wagon. it has a 3.9 v-6 with 185000 miles. i just did a tune-up. cap rotor plugs wires. after driving about 700 miles. the check engine light is on and the engine hesitates badly. what is the problem?

 

Moved to the van section, but you need to get it scanned to get the code before anyone can lead you down the right road.

 

Best guess is you don't have one of the plug wires on all the way, or you cracked a plug during the install.
