Having same problem with my 1993 dodge ram b350. Was driving home one day and it suddenly just died. all power shut down and would not start back up. tried replacing key ignition switch and a new coil wire (from distributor to Coil by front right tire. under dog house)... still nothing. when key is turned to ON position i get no dash lights, Check engine light is normally what i see. but sounds like youve traced the problem.. can you upload a picture or send it to me via email?
