99 Ram Van Mark 3 died and will not start
I have a 1999 Dodge Ram Van MarkIII. It has 185,000 miles on a 318 CI. A week ago while I was on my way home from work she died at a traffic light. I couldn't get her to start, had to have her towed home. I have fuel to the injector manifold, spark at the plugs and she turns over fine. CAN OBDII reader shows no codes. I'm at my wits end and out of Ideas. Any ideas or input would be greatly appriciated. The day she died it passed New Jersey state inspection.

Try to put some gas into the air cleaner, just a little bit and see if you can start the motor. If it trys to start and/or momentarily runs then check the Cam Shaft Position Sensor in the Distributor. That sensor tells the PCM when to fire the injectors.
