Default A/C System fully charged, no cold air. Comp works.

1996 2500, compressor works, fully charged, has rear air option, and no cold air. Now what.

Perhaps the blend door isn't swinging over to the cold side.

A quick check of the blend door is to have a helper move the slider lever between hot and cold while you watch under the hood at the cable on top of the HVAC box. You should see the cable move and the rod that it is attached to move as well.

98 and newer vans use an electronic blend door. 97 and older use a cable controlled blend door.

Another possible problem may be the expansion valve is clogged, but the high and low pressure readings will help in discerning the problem.
