My dumb Champion plugs being the OE from the factor came out around 80K miles. But the van rust under the body and around the engine cause three of those spark plugs to freeze. A shop cost to pull the three bad ones out with an EZ-out was $300. Took 4 hours. Since then, I use a little anti-sieze on the Autolite's AP5224 plugs.

As for the tune up, ALWAYS go with copper/brass contacts for the cap-n-rotor, anything else will cause codes and PCM troubles in 300 miles. errrr.

As for getting the plugs out and those pesky sleeved tubes, get them to split open some and then take a vice-grip or channel locks and pull, wiggle and pull like it's a bad tooth. They do come out. I did this for the front two plugs. Now, to change the plugs, just crank the front wheel out of the way.
