HELP...

I have a 2000 Dodge Ram Van, V6 engine... and the 1 and 2 fan speed settings on the climate control does not work. The number three setting (high) does work, but the other two do not.

Any ideas whats the problem? ...or where I should start looking!?!!

Replace the blower motor resistor pack. It is located on the HVAC box under the hood.
