They are replacing the new MAP sensor with a different brand. The new one was way worse than the old one. They checked the voltage going to the new sensor and said it was normal. The mechanic thought the replacement part may have been inferior so they are trying a different one. It chokes off the engine almost killing it, then the CEL comes on. It does this every time you drive the van now.
