Cranks but no spark
I re-checked the voltages with the relay installed-
Neg to 30 - 12V
30 to 87 10V
85 to 86 0V
87 to Neg 0V
87a to neg 12V
I then installed a jumper between 87 and 30 and I'm getting about 8V to the coil but still don't seem to be getting any spark. So this would lead me to think coil, crank position sensor, distributor, or other.

Only 8 volts at the coil positive wire? Were you trying to crank the motor when you took that reading? If not then there is a problem on that wire for it should be with at or very close to the battery voltage. Trace this wire out for you are loosing voltage on it. That wire powers the coil, injectors, and O2 sensors.
im having the same problem and i am constantly blowing one fuse in the cab. i think is the number nine fuse in the block beside the door. i dont know what blows it but it just does as soon as i turn the key on.
