Since your question has to do with the Jeep chassis, you'd be better off asking in a Jeep forum.

The motor came from a 90 B250 van. I need to know the fuse sizes that were in the van so when I wire it into my Jeep I can properly protect it.

I'm not sure what you're trying to find fuse sizes for. There are no fuses for the motor. Is there a specific circuit you're asking about?

If your wiring harness includes the fuse links from behind the vans brake booster then you need the while fuse link that is attached to one of the orange links. This white one will go to the ASD relay and the SBEC (engine computer) pin 3. The ASD relay will power the engine and fuel pump.

All of which are chassis components. I'm not following him as to why there needs to be different fuse ratings simply because of an engine swap???????

His signature says: 1989 Jeep Wrangler, 2" lift, 8000 lb winch, gathering parts for a TBI 318 swap.

I believe he is going from carburetor to TBI.

Mobile, that was excatly what I was looking for thank you. I have one more question. According to my wiring diagram, there is a DKBL wire that comes form the ignigition switch that is hot in the start and run position. It goes through the ASD to feed the +12v to the coil, injectors, engine sensors, and CEL. Can you tell me which fusalbe link it is or what size fuse it requires?

That wire is already fused before the ignition switch, you will not need to add another fuse to it. That wire will trip (turn on) the ASD relay circuit.
