'Nope, I sure haven't. I replaced the idle air control but it didn't do any good. I think it may be the PCM (computer). Once it runs for a half hour or so, it idles very high. I can get up to 35mph+ without putting my foot on the gas pedal. It's annoying but i've had to sink money into a rear end rebuild and a water pump as well as a new radiator and hoses. not to mention i've got another problem now with the transmission not wanting to shift from 1st to 2nd until I take my foot off the gas pedal. This trucks got more problems than Carter has liver pills. But it always starts and gets me to the jobsite. The tranny is next, I think it may be the solenoid or the governor pressure sensor. Let me know if you figure it out.

Now I'm at this same point. I think is the PCM but tomorrow I'll check for a leak at plenum gasket
